Shipping
Shipping Information:
Most purchases are shipped from our Palo Alto, CA warehouse, to arrive within approximately 5-7 business days from receipt of order.
Shipping address must be a physical address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or government ARO addresses.
Note: Items shipped directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Offer applies to website orders only
- This offer does not apply to orders with corporate discount pricing
- Offer may not apply to Tables and Chair orders
- $99 amount applies to merchandise only, not value of online gift certificates purchased, packaging, taxes, or shipping & handling charges
- No adjustments on previous purchases
- Free shipping is awarded after all other discounts are applied
Shipping & Delivery:
We try to ship everything within 48 hours of the time we receive your order. If everything is in stock, we will ship even faster, usually within 24 hours. Exceptions to this include:
- Standard lead time on special order and non-stock items is approximately 2 to 5 weeks
- Standard lead time on ergonomic chairs is 2 to 5 weeks
- Standard lead time on adjustable tables is 2 to 5 weeks

On your order, please make sure you include a street address, as we cannot ship UPS to a post office box. If you require a faster delivery, we will add an additional charge for 2nd day air.

International Orders:
Most of our current customer base is located in the US. However, we do ship to Hawaii and Alaska as well as some International locations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service department for special arrangements. All freight charges are prepaid. Customer is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. An Ergo Works associate will contact you via email with International shipping charges prior to shipping.
Warranty
Product Warranties:
All items are covered by warranty as specified by the original manufacturer. Should you experience any problems due to improper workmanship or material defects, please contact the manufacturer to arrange for repair or replacement.
Ergo Works, Inc. does not provide any warranty beyond that stated by the original manufacturer nor do we make any claims that any product supplied by us will necessarily relieve or reduce a particular problem that you are experiencing. Products supplied by us are not health care products or medical aids and are not offered as such.
We strongly urge you to consult with your medical advisor before, during and after purchase in the event that you are experiencing any health or medical concerns.
Product Returns
Returns & Delivery:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is damage, follow the return instructions as listed below.
- Note the reason for return on the enclosed packing slip and enclose it with your return. If you have lost your packing slip, please include a note explaining the reason for the return. Your comments will help us improve our service and product quality. Please return items within 30 days to receive a prompt exchange or refund. For your protection, we strongly suggest that you ship all return packages via UPS or the US Postal Services’ insured mail. (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping costs.)
- For approved returns, all items must be in "as-new" condition, in the original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, and be returned within 30 days of receipt. Failure to return an item in the original carton and condition with all documentation, packing materials, diskettes, and parts will result in a final sale.
- You are responsible for any handling charges whether or not you choose to keep an item. Should returned item exhibit wear and not be able to be refurbished, no credit will be issued, and customer will have to pay any additional shipping charges if item is to be returned.
- Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent c.o.d. and original shipping charges are not refundable. For credit card orders, a credit will appear on the next month's statement.
